STEPHYOGA

 

This time is monumental- we've never experienced anything like this. For each of us it is different, but there are a lot of emotions surrounding our state of being these days.  If we use this time wisely- we can become more connected to ourselves and to nature, but we need to take the time out to focus on what it is that we're really feeling as well as looking towards the future and what we'd like to create/make/be/do.

 

I've put together a 3 day mini-retreat which will give you the opportunity and structure for just this. 

 

Here is what you recieve:

 

* 3 morning mediations with meditation teacher Selina Gullery

* 3 75 minute morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes with me

* 2 60 minute Yin Yoga classes with me

* 3 sets of daily recipes: Breakfast, snack and dinner (sent via email)

* 2 extra recipes- just for that retreat feeling (sent via email)

* 3 daily nature assignments that involve walking, journaling, meditation and creation (sent via email)

* 3 Zoom group chats 

 

 

The idea behind this is that we take the time to practice yoga and mediation daily with a group and at the same time, nourish ourselves as if we are on a retreat with delicious food. We'll spend the day outdoors, working on an assignment that will bring us closer to ourselves. This connection is from where the growth, the ideas and the clarity come.  Friday and Saturday evening we will have a group Zoom call, for those that are interested. On Sunday we will have a closing session in which all participants are asked to attend.

Friday and Saturday, May 1 & 2:

 

8-8:30: Morning Meditation with Selina Gullery

8:45-10h: Vinyasa Flow with Amie

Breakfast and Nature Assignment

17-18h: Yin Yoga with Amie

Dinner

20-22h: Group Zoom Call (optional but a great way to meet the others and share) 

 

Sunday, May 3:

 

8-8:30: Morning Meditation with Selina

8:45-10h: Vinyasa Flow with Amie

Breakfast and Nature Assignment

14h: Closing Ceremony on Zoom

* Mat to sit on outdoors

*Computer, Internet connection and Zoom account
