This weekend is one to really let go of the outside world and turn your focus within. It is a time to feel, to listen deeply, to let go, turn over, move, be and learn. Nature is your teacher, I am your guide.
For this weekend you will need your own tent or tarps, sleeping bag and biowak sack (for those not sleeping in a tent), isomatte and head lamp. This is a completely outdoor weekend.
There will be three meals on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday. You will need to bring food to grill on Friday evening. We all be responsible for the cooking and cleaning- this is a community camp.
