By coming to this page, it shows that you are interested in making a positive and impactful change in your life. Good for you. It's time to make the decision to live the life you have always wished for.
We can have anything that we wish for. We have limiting beliefs that tell us we can't, and these are what hold us back from truly moving forward in all areas of our lives.
I've created a program that will help you to see what your limiting beliefs are, where you are holding yourself back and how to move past these blocks. You'll also define your goals, make actual and viable steps to make them a reality and begin to look at life with new eyes and a fresh perspective. You have to do the work, but I'll guide you every step of the way.
Each day, for 21 days, you will receive an email with a theme for the day. You will then be given journal prompts, guided meditations and activites. You'll need to carve out 20+ minutes per day to do this work- some days will be more (mainly on the weekends) and some days will be less. You can always go back and add to what you've already done or work on one day for longer.
You are in control. You get out of it what you put into it.
On the first and last days of this program you will recieve a 30 minute gentle yoga class via video to do when you can.
You will also receive access to a private Facebook support group where you can get inspiration, ideas and just share what's going on with you.
On April 10 we will have a live Zoom call together from 18-19 uhr Munich time to share our experiences.
